RosyB Dec 6, 2025, 4:18 PM"DAY 5: I did my rehab exercises at my vanity, before bed. They went well! I felt my forefoot start to lift, and there was more lift/movement from the knee/back of thigh. My uncovering of my EMS machine and testing it out on my anterior tibialis muscles really helped! And on Friday, after my kinesitherapy session, I consulted my therapist about the locations where I should place the electrodes to exercises the muscles that lift my leg. She marked the spots in green on my sheet, so I will test that out today when others are away. 😁"View my Commitment -
