strength - push pull 5x1 minute circuit course (MWF) 45 mins first week, add 5 mins each week 10 min mobility (everyday) 2 min foam rolling 3 min balance/stretch routine 5 min stretch routine exceptions Can make up circuit training next day if out of town illness or injury
