    "Day 1 of Body Shame retreat and I did a lot of reflecting on my automatic eating and drinking habits, especially in the evening. The image of oblivion, cuddled in a blanked and full from eating, or still sucking on a bottle came to mind. That part just wants to soothe, but I can do it without NMF and NMD. Lots to think about. "
