"I have been regularly going on a walk and dedicatedly following the schedule of doing exercise daily and walking two kilometers everyday. Sometimes it becomes little bit difficult to stick at the commitment but yes my CB assignment is helping me in maintaining my motivation towards this commitment."
"Had a slip up yesterday, overate by about 1.5k cals. Silver lining is that I stuck with anabolic cookies which made me feel gross much faster, then I felt stomach pain and bloat for the whole night and morning."

We are at the shore this week so my 3 meals may not be the healthiest all the time, but i am still sticking to it and I’m finding i don’t crave quite as much crappy food down here that i usually would!
