I had and apple with breakfast and strawberries after dinner and munched on some carbs to try to distract myself but I was EYEING those cookies at work today man I mean SALIVATING (not actually but like, y’know) I’ve started taking mental pictures of things I want so that after I’m done with this I can try eat them, the goal being I won’t want them anymore afterwards >=)"View my Commitment
