"This week, I've built an approximate plan for the next 2 months (see below). Plus I have finished 2 out of 9 chapters (the longest ones), with the plan to finish 2 more tomorrow (Sunday). Weeks 1 to 3: Finish the beta draft Week 1 - Close out Career and draft Productivity Deliverable: every bullet in the remaining Chapter 3 sections and all of Chapter 4 is turned into written advice in your voice. Verification: no bullet-only placeholders left in Chapters 3 and 4. Week 2 - Draft Emotions and the lighter lifestyle chapters Deliverable: all of Chapter 5 drafted, plus Chapters 6 and 7 (Food/Sports/Body and Beauty/Fashion) expanded from their "to be expanded" state into real sections. Verification: Chapters 5, 6 and 7 read start to finish with no gaps. Week 3 - Finish, patch, and lock the beta version Deliverable: Chapters 8 and 9 drafted, Conclusion written, the two unfinished sentences fixed, and one full read-through completed. Verification: you can export the whole thing as one continuous document labelled "Beta v1" with no obvious holes. This is your hard finish line for the writing sprint.
