    "Tough week having missed 2 days without any music or exercise. Failed to make my weight goal Positives for the week: Exercise 7.25 hours; Music 15.0 hours Not a good week for eating - Haily (& Matt) made a extravagant dinner for me on Saturday - Chicken Alfredo (2 servings), Rolls, strawberry salad, huge brownie w Double chocolate chip ice cream. A prime example of over indulgence - and so I've missed my weight goal for the week. Supposed to be at 276 and missed it by 4 pounds! (Saturday was my record day for over-eating, but it wasnt my only such day this past week). I did push myself on Saturday and Sunday to successfully recover the 2 missed days on music and exercise - feel good about having done so. This week will be dedicated to re-establishing the routine that will put me on track to accomplish my commitments. One day at a time."
