Yesterday was rest.
Today was 10k scheduled but mentally I couldn't. Finished at 8.1k. Physical capacity was there I feel but I couldn't push myself. Too much on my mind.

Will repeat this week.

Today was 25m tempo + 7m warmup.
5.7km(~13.5 rounds).

Kept feeling queasy. Do not eat heavy oats before running. I'd rather go empty stomach tbf. Banana is best.

Overall, a bit underwhelming, definitely can do better. If Sundays 10k is bad, I'll repeat this week.

Yesterday was rest day. Shoulder is still sketch so no push ups either.

Today was slow 40m run. Covered around 6.4 - 6.5km(15 rounds)

Today's workout - 38m intervals. 6 intervals of 1m at mile pace. 6 intervals of 2m at 5k pace. Total distance was around 6.6km. Hard workout.
