Last week ended with me doing 11.8k and then the speed run was also fine. But I'm repeating the week. Yesterday was 19m tempo/recovery. Felt good. Today was 45m slow run. Again, felt really good. Speed was 6'00 overall |

| Started my week yesterday coz had Visa appointment on Wednesday. Yesterday was peace. 18.5m. But today was 45m slow run. Stopped twice instead of once. Need to do fasted + Banana for the 12.5k, not oats + noon run. Killer this is | |

| All the runs except final one were good this week. The final 10k, was feeling too out of breath due to cold, so only did 9.25k | |
