| super. 50s each day except saturday. no mission peak, just row erg. 80W @50 min or 9k seems dialed in. Can increase time or add a second segment. I will do this as a long haul thing. Feeling age from love situation, haha. | |

| tough week, still pushing forward--- first love and then anxiety from parting. financially = very difficult but also no choice whether she is in or out. age can be worked through. i leave it here. love makes me want to live. i have not felt this --- ever. How to infuse my life with that anyway. Dad, 3Nav good, india wind down good, r/e leads are in hand for upcoming week, u.s. legal got backed up and hope to push into research this week. | |

| solid week. one mission peak. 5 row-ergs --- improving form -- have a 3Nav plan where I get row ready and then switch to swim/wts and then do a 3 month prior for each trip. awesome awesome awesome. 3Nav + Dad + VC --stars are aligning. Foc-alin-usmate are making it work. What a wonder. And Amelia -- something else indeed. | |
