							I commit to 49 days of going to bed by 10 pm and being out of bed by 6 am.
 Exceptions: This will only apply when I am alone at my home by 8 pm. Social engagements are the only exceptions to this goal. E.g. I am out with friends and get back after 8 pm or I'm staying over at someone's place for the evening or someone is at my place past 8 pm.
