11.3! Really pleased with that and so close to getting to the10s again which is where my goal is. Really starting to feel a difference in clothes. Tried on the denim jumpsuit last night which I think I need to be about 10.10/10.7 to look nice in but I’m getting closer! |

I’m so annoyed with myself I got down to 11.45 and then over the weekend not doing ww properly I have gone back up to 11.7 this morning. Hopefully it’s not real weight and I will work hard this week to get down to 11.4 again before I go to London. So lots of fruit and vegetables no chocolate or sweets I CAN DO THIS |

I’m not sure the photo shows it that well as it’s hard to get the angle, but these jeans are definitely looser and I can wear them at a much lower part of my hip, which is how I think they’re supposed to be worn. They are all in all lot comfier whereas they used to be very tight and not very comfy to walk in. So I’m really pleased! Keep it up! |

I’ve been on 11.75 for the last 4 days which is obviously good that it hasn’t gone up but it’s still annoying that it’s not going down, I’m really hoping to loose another 2lbs this week. Will go on a long walk this evening after dinner to try and help shift these lbs. I’m hoping that I’m putting on muscle and loosing inches but I can’t really see any difference. |
