Saturday:
1 box of 6 donuts (glazed) nom nom nom
1 bag of cooler ranch doritos
2 bowls of ice cream
1 glass of "healthy" juice (packed with sugar, there's no way it's good for you, lol)
Tons of hotdogs in a blanket
3 gigantic burritos/cheese dip from Fuegos

Added cold exposure two days ago. Fun. lol. Consists of a cold pack on my neck and chest. 30 minutes a day. Mon-Fri. Increases fat burning potential.
Currently doing: PAGG, 30 minute cold exposure, 30 gram protein 30 minutes of waking up, myotatic stretch and "cat vomit." All in addition to the slow carb diet.
Saturday is my cheat day. Sooooooo can't wait to start eating everything I see again, hahaha. I've been making a list all week of the things I was going to eat as fast as possible. Almost there! :D |
