First two weeks:
Process driven:
- meals precooked and in containers for the week.
meals:
-bf: 2 eggs, 1/4 cup feta + cheddar cheese, bf sausage
-lunch: 1 kirkland protein drink
-dinner: same as breakfast
-evening snack: 1 kirkland protein drink
- workout: Muay Thai 3x a week, BJJ Tues, weights Thurs Sat
- in bed by 1130pm. target sleep 7.5hrs
