markhadrian commits to:
drink no more than 10 alcohol units per week with one drinking session generally not exceeding 50% of the total allowance - I will measure my blood alcohol content (BAC) with a BACtrack device each time 10 mins after my last drink and also take an added breathalyzer (accountability) test every day at 9.30 pm GMT, regardless whether I have drunk alcohol that day - 2 pre-agreed days of max. 14 units per day are allowed (including allowance for the rest of the week)
