Thank you for sharing! Proud of you and how you’ve journeyed through this the past 12 weeks! Time has flown by.

Is your intention to start another stickl goal with 4 days/week starting in a week?

Proud of you! Keep it up!

Just submitted last report :D

1) Soccer last night (one of those nights where I felt I was flying and I'll look back on fondly when I'm old and motionless)

2) Struggle gym sesh from earlier in week.

Where I'm at!
--proud and happy with the 12 weeks!!!! I didn't donate a cent. I got past pains, hired a trainer, went to PT, have a routine, feel less shame and more energy and focus and momentum.
--Feeling grateful for you two supporting -- literally crucial when I was discouraged and close to 'fuck it'. The emotional support and the strategic support were both equally crucial
--Feeling READY for the next steps: gym buddy and 4 days/week :D
--I want a week break then would like to start -- Mark you ready?
--I fear the support for me falling off if y'all fall off your own wagon, which seemed to happen with this challenge. It makes me want to control more like 'please up your stakes so you're more likely, etc' but I don't want that. Y'all are already motivated to be successful with this, and if I judge that the support may not be there, I'll bolster up by asking more folks if they want to join in

Starting to wonder....is accountability meant to be in community? Is grieving meant to be in community? How many things are we doing the hard and less effective way?

gym yesterday
was feeling laCkLuSTeR....periods of just sitting there searching for motivation
felt like there's no accountability that I actually am workout out...and for how long...
I used to have a lifting buddy in college and that was WAY better, for accountability, consistency, conversation, fun.

Next step - find gym buddy
Maybe - more structure around certain amount of time with elevated heart rate...but gym buddy would solve for that I bet
