Tuesday: break fast with the 4 step process: broth/collagen/fat- min 30 minutes – yogurt with whatever you want in it – min 30 minutes. Nothing else until 11:45 – veggies with fat and protein. Dinner: protein, fat, non starchy veggies. WED, THURS: fast until lunch: veggies with fat and protein. Can half your ½ cup of yogurt with any powders in it. Dinner: protein, fat, non starchy veggies, optional fruit FRI lunch: fast until lunch: veggies with fat and prote
