Min 3 hours between max of 3 meals daily. No rewrites β I agree to stick to the current plan until itβs finish date. One serving rule except for nonstarchy vegetables with the fat used to prepare them and broth. Minimum 3 hours between meals. Can have SY and cultured mango juice daily. Can have broth and You Gut This in between meals during eating window. Everything listed is optional but if not listed cannot be added. Fruit, DFH chocolate, hoomis, seed/nut butters one serving rule per me
