I commit to taking a cold shower at least five days a week. I understand that this may be uncomfortable and that I may feel fear or hesitation before turning the water cold. However, I also know that by facing this discomfort and pushing through it, I am showing love to my body and that the benefits of cold showers will manifest in the short term. I am enthusiastically committed to this process!

| A bit of win today. I took a fast, but frigid shower for a few minutes. After jumping out, I realized that getting back in for another few minutes would be the extra effort that makes tomorrow easier. Still cold AF. | |
