| I set this up for 4 weeks , I thought it was for January so I have a few extra days. But as I have already exceeded the four week goal, I think I will let the current commitment expire and then do a new one for February. Also, I think I’ll require a daily check in rather than once a week. Thanks for all your support everyone! | |

Just over my 4 week goal at the moment. So ahead of schedule. Last evening first time I went looking for something to eat, and didn’t overdo but can see how it will become more of a challenge. Today, doing okay but will need to stay in the game mentally to succeed at this. The STICKK reminders are helpful. |
