I would like to be under 160. I am having trouble balancing training and maintaining my weight. I need a pattern. |

162.7 this morning but my average is 159.2. So, I'm still below 160.
I ate a lot of chocolate on two evenings. I also ate a lot of salty snacks on two evenings.
Not entirely sure how I feel about this. My training volume is inching up, so I need more calories, but I am finding it hard to adjust the "good" food volume. I don't like these binges of snacks -- at least when they feel binge-like and not treat-like. Perhaps I should start counting calories again? |

My weight this morning is 157.4. Average weight is 159.6. Last week, my average weight went over 160. Not sure what was going on, but I made a deliberate effort to get back below 160.
Not sure whether exceeding or regaining my goal level is a measuring problem or whether there was actually an underlying bounce. I had one big day last week, but the rest of the time, I felt I was within a normal range. So, it's a puzzle. |
