brandoncongdon commits to:
Not using cannabis in any form (including D8) until after buying our first house. Once money is wired and title is officially in our name (wife and I) I will have fulfilled this commitment. Joe Kulda will have the final word in the event of any gray areas. There will be no exceptions during this contract by requesting so from Joe. If it takes longer to achieve this than the length of this contract, I will immediately duplicate this contract for another year and repeat this until achieved.
