I will complete 3 workouts a week for a total of 2 months or up until the Wedding on 2/18/23-2/19/23. All the workouts will be at least 45 mins long. If I cannot complete a workout then I will communicate with Brandon and he will have the final decision. If I fail to communicate and/or miss 1 of the 3 workouts a week. I will be charged $800 for that week. Also, I will follow the nutrition plan accordingly. Allowance 1 cup of rice daily outside of the MOMENTUM CHALLENGE
