allocating 8 hrs of sleep 5 days per wk. See spreadsheet. Asleep target by midnight, no later than 12:30. If I anticipate 3 hours beforehand that I may have a late night, it will not count against me as long as I still allocate 8 hrs. Teeth should be brushed, flossed. Alarms should be set for tomorrow. Morning wake up session should be set.
