Laid a few ground rules for myself for this commitment:
No more than 1900 cals per day allows some fluctuation, but really I want to be averaging 1800 so I’m setting a limit of 12,600 (1800x7) for the week.
Any untracked meals or food out is being allocated 1000 calories, and includes the condition that - where possible - I’m choosing sensible options that are low calorie.
I’m allowing cals over 1800 to be ‘earned back’ with the carrot fit ‘7/14 minutes in hell’ workouts in addition to the days main workout and 10k steps - earned back calorie for calorie. |

Went to a formal which I allowed 1000 cals for, but still didn’t manage to budget the rest of my calories well around that for the rest of the day so went waaaay over. Very frustrated with myself but we go again today✌🏼 |

1854 cals, 149g protein. No real reason for it to be that high, should have been 1700ish. Did an extra workout in the evening to compensate |
