Drank one beer at home. Pretty stressed about school and broken laptop. Though I didn’t need one beer, I was able to drink it and say yah I’m not feelin it and just stop so that’s good |

Probably the worst day since I started this thing. Got hammered at home, feel pretty crappy today. Got 2 beers with shipmates out then came home and had 3 beers and 4 nips of whiskey. Ate chipotle and the world was spinning when I went to bed. Thought I deserved to let myself drink after being good this week, but last night was awful and just shows why I started this thing. Hopefully I am strong from now on and don’t do that or am at least more mindful. Last night was bad |

No drinking at all! A Good night and shows how taking a class helps keep me busy at night to dissuade me from drinking. Working out in the evening also helps as the endorphins from the workout are a good replacement to alcohol |
