Friday: Fast till noon. Lunch: non starchy veggies/fruit with protien fat. Can have 6 flackers with nut/seed butter. Dinner: can have starches plus protein, fat, veggies, fruit and allowed sweeteners. Only sweeteners all week are Locanto, stevia, monk fruit, erythritol and any sweeteners in POTG foods. Start 6 day carnivore on Saturday. Sat: Fast till done with yoga. Eat one meal until dinner with Adam and Katie which can have protein, fat, veggies, fruit
