| I did not meet the goals, and only go to the gym twice because the coursework suddenly become so much, and I have an event that's on for the whole week that took all of my free time. | |

| Last week we have a break, so I was pretty free, and got time to get myself to the gym. First, I have a cycling PE class on Monday from 3:20 to 4:10PM, then tonight from 8PM, I go to the gym for some weight training. For the next 2 days, I go to the gym from 5PM to 6pm because it's Thanksgiving and people close thy gym sooner than expected. | |

| I'm very fulfilling my goal this week. I goal to the gym 4 times at Wyant at 8-9PM to do weight training for upper body and lower body. I go on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, and cannot go in the mid-week because of the heavy work load. I also have a PE cycling class on Mon and Wed from 3:20 - 4:10, so I have 2 cardio trainings and 4 weight trainings last week. | |

| I had Covid, so I was not actually going to the gym, but rather exercise at home. Because I was so tired, I could only do 15mins of exercise, but it works out. SO I guess I met my goal this past week. | |
