Fast until Wednesday 2:22 PM then break fast with broth- half hour or more later have yogurt with protein powder and optional Inner Eco. Then nothing until after 4:30 when you can have cultured veggies, roasted califlower, animal protein with fat and nothing else until after 1 on Thursday. Thursday lunch: veggies, protein and fat (can have optional shake and 6 flackers). Dinner: roasted brussel sprouts with tahini, protein and fat and optional 6 flackers.
Friday: fast until noon: lunch: pro
