I will commit to exercising 3x/week for the next 3 weeks. All these 9 workouts will be at the gym for a minimum of 45 mins. So far, These are the dates: 10/14, 10/15, 10/16, 10/20, 10/21, 10/23, 10/27, 10/28, 10/29. I will text Brandon my next schedule once confirmed w/work.
