Meditating every morning after waking up until I reach a state where I feel comfortable with living the day with tranquility and confidence - even in the face of obstacles and amidst struggles. Every night, when it is time for my evening routine, I would, at minimum, write on my journal and process any negative emotions and thoughts to a point where I feel relived - don't bring stress to sleep.
