Sun after lunch- Wednesday: 72 hour water fast- break fast: broth – yogurt and collagen powder, can have more plain broth 3 hours later. dinner: all veggies, fat, no seeds or nuts today, and protein with fat
Thurs- 20 hour fast – L/D: all veggies, fruit , fat, optional seeds, nuts and protein (dinner-tuna casserol) with fast can have starch Friday- min 15 hour fast with same foods as yesterday (dinner- chipped beef on biscuits) Saturday – start 6 day carnivore with min 17 hour fast each day.
