BASIC: 3 meals max a day with minimum 3 hours nothing but water/stevia in-between; then can add raw veggies and broth and shakes till a meal. Meals: unlimited non-starchy veggies and fat, one serving everything else. Only 1 keto cup per meal on Thursdays thru Sundays. Only one serving Flackers of any kind per meal. No cheese Monday-Wed – Thursday-Sunday can add hard cheeses at any meal and softer mozzarella or cheddar only at 1 meal Friday dinner thru Sunday Lunch. Ice cream at only one meal
