Valeri commits to:
no food after 7 pm, must fit on 1 normal sized plate, no bevs except 1 bottle max kombucha/day (smoothie must be in photo), send foto before eating (finger photo only if necessary, nothing outside of foto, 2 hours between meals, 60 min max for meals, 3 meals max, no wheat flour/sugar/honey except 4th ingredient. no adding honey, sugary or artificial sweeteners (no monk fruit, no stevia). Bright breakfasts. Max 6 oz fruit for breakfast, 6 oz fruit for lunch (none at dinner).
