I will commit to exercising 3x/week for the next 2 weeks on these dates: 9/16, 9/18, 9/22, 9/23, 9/27/, 9/28. All these 6 workouts will be at the gym for a minimum of 45 mins. Should a workout bi missed, $1000 will be charged . Brandon Congdon will have the final say at the end of this contract, if there concerns or clarifications.
