| I think another would be helpful where if I do have to imbibe, eg, for a wedding, I record here ahead of time what that would look like and still be a success - 1 sip for toasting, 1 glass, 2 glasses, etc. | |

what seems to work is a set of rules, like this: - nothing alone, no excuses, meditate instead - with good friends ok, but that is dangerous. How to stop? Every even number, water - real date ok, never more than the date, every even: bitters and soda - no entering a bar alone under the guise of “looking for friends” |
