							Sat- 20 hour fast, break with avocado and cultured veggies; Sunday- big breakfast and then 24 hour fast; Monday break fast with avocado and cultured veggies only then nothing but fasting snacks and aminos till dinner meal; Tuesday no fasting but regular 3 meal, 3 hour break and one starch meal that day etc rules; Wed: fast whole day until Thursday morning; Thursday and Friday: either water fast or autophagy fast with 3 meal, 3 hour rules;
