not having any Milk Lab specifically almond milks for the whole month of August whilst I do 75 Live Hard so I can get off the preservatives, additives, the hidden carbs, hidden sugars. I am not allowed to have Earl Grey outside either at the Calilie or any other cafes because they use this brand specifically.

I have eliminated touching the bamboo whisk, and even put it in a new location. Not allowed to touch the matcha powder, it's all a sequence and frankly too much sugar. I can choose to eliminate for 30 days. If I am extremely low willpower then I would prefer to pay $75 for a massage than to pay $30US for a drink. |

I am not allowed to buy: - at the shops - at the cafe I can only buy the sugar free version and then have to deal with it. But it might be rank. But the case is, I'm not allowed to buy the ones with fake sugars. Milk lab has 9.7grams which is very high. If I am hungry then I can eat eggs + butter, bone broth, cook a steak. |
