Cigarettes OK. But no vaping whatsoever, no exceptions. Iām doing this mainly to have a healthier head of hair, which I can state almost for a fact is negatively effected by vaping. Take a look at the pictures in the GC of the two high school seniors (high school!) who have thinning hair
