Yes I have successfully, gotten into bed by ten. - Save friday night, I think it's wise to stickk to this every night .. as I am just fucking around on the TV otherwise |

Apart from weekends, however, yeah this friday and sat we got to bed at ten. The only time I was in danger was after BJJ I get tried and rest on the couch, luckily, I realised and got myself in bed before ten |

Was in bed all of the week. I didn’t want to include weekends, but I will now with the flexibility if I need to go out. So no weekends (Friday and Saturday don’t count) but I will usually go to bed at 10pm |
