Finished week strong. 4 solid days. Overall intensity lower while on vacation. Happy that I was consistent. |

25 min 5k time trial yesterday caused slight hamstring pull. So no workout on Sunday.
Giving myself credit for 4 days under the “no injuries “ rule with an additional mention of “keep wife happy while on vacation” (stay out of court rule). |

3 solid days plus 3 light but intentional workouts. Definitely a down week with less load. International travel and odd headaches when exercising caused me to back off intensity and duration. Overall strain for week was 11.7 vs typical 13+ for prior 2 months. Headaches need to go away or get a medical evaluation. |
