My goal is to maintain my weight at or below 160 lb by following these 2 rules:
Rule #1. I will eat no more than 2,500 calories per day for the next 4 weeks. This is a *daily* limit and it does not carry over to the next day. Rule #2. I will track calories honestly and precisely by always being exact or over-reporting, and never under-reporting. No exceptions, it’s black and white, on or off. There’s no in-between. Follow the rules or pay the penalty.
