Carnivore NO CHEESE; same food plan as Sat/Sun plane through Thursday WITH 1 24 hour fast (Sun-Mon) and 2 20 hour fast days (Wed and Thursday) other days can have shorter fasts- minimum 15 hour
Break diet on Friday- fast till noon- then have salad with avocado and shake and flackers or HU crackers (not both), fats and optional 2 sausages - that’s all for lunch; Dinner: regular program through rest of weekend- Can have ice cream for only meal and raw goat or sheep cheese only once on Friday din
