Water fast Monday – Wednesday
Thursday- break fast with bone broth, then coconut yogurt with protein powder; lunch: salad with avocado and shake and flackers or HU crackers (not both), fats and that’s all for lunch; Dinner: lamb pattie with veggies, fat and lunch crackers and optional seed/nut butter and that’s it for dinner – can have usual inbetween stuff
