I have made no “exception” stickks to the following diet commitment unless I am sick and unable to work.
Monday: water fast Tuesday, Wed, Thursday, Friday lunch: modified carnivore- all animal and can include summer squash, avocado, onion, seaweed, cultured vegetables. One serving per meal of everything except fat and non starchy vegetables. 3 meals max a day, minimum 3 hours apart, 1 hour long. Friday through Sunday: Sweeteners Friday through Sunday dinner- ONLY SWEETENERS ALLOWED ARE STEV
