Follow May reset guidelines with the following on eating days:
I have made no “exception” stickks to the following diet commitment unless I am sick and unable to work. One serving per meal of everything except fat and non starchy vegetables. 3 meals max a day, minimum 3 hours apart, 1 hour long. Sweeteners Friday through Sunday dinner- ONLY SWEETENERS ALLOWED ARE STEVIA, LAKANTO, MONK FRUIT. No HU bars. No other sweeteners except for what’s in paleo on the go meals. Those in my collagen shak
