| I did a really bad job sticking to my communications goals. I lied to matt and myself and made matt and I so much more stressed than either of us needed to be. I’m really trying to focus on what makes me say what looks better in the moment instead of reflecting back on what I actually did or admitting I can’t remember | |

| I think I did pretty good with the kids but struggled with communicating with matt about Idaho. I didn’t need to involve Matt at all, could have paid better attention and been much more respectful of Matt’s wants/needs and not interrupted repeatedly. | |
