No eating after 10pm. No treats. (nuts, dates, dried-fruit, crisps, bars, ice-cream, flour, pancakes, honey) No dairy. ALL til 20.5
*Halfway break 1/2 May. The above are the hard rules. The below are strong guidelines and goals. EAT LESS. Try have far smaller portions. Plate OR soup at KCS not both. No sweet potatoes. Use string suggestions on products as guide eg. 'serves 4'. The goal calorie count per day until the 20th of May is 1500. Use an app.
