							ykarate commits to:
						 
							Only water and non-sugared drinks for 16 hours each day (ex. 4pm - 8am) . Can eat and drink only non-sugared and low sodium foods and liquids for 8 hours daily (ex. 8am - 4pm). BP checks at 8am and on arriving home in the evening every day.  Off for date nights with Mom if average of Sat. bp checks is  120/80 or better.
