My goal is to lose at least 15 pounds in the next 15 weeks. In order to achieve this, I commit to:
1) Eating under 14,000 calories per week*; 2) Precise and honest tracking (on my honor); 3) Going to the gym 3 times per week or more. If I achieve this goal, I should reward myself with a vacation and/or a photoshoot. *Week period is from Monday 00:01 am to Sunday 23:59.
