SigmaX commits to:
9 hours of dissertation work every weekday, and on at least 1 day of the weekend.
Break policy: follow the pomodoro system strictly. Outside that, I can take up to 1 hour of breaks; and I can break for meals, or to dial into important work meetings that I shouldn't miss. If I work more than 9 hours, I *cannot* bank time for the next day.
