| I may have overdone it slightly (having a few too many) but I stayed within the days and times. I'm starting to feel a twinge of contempt toward alcohol. | |

| last night I finished off a bottle of vodka. it only had about a tablespoon left in it, so Iām not sure if I should count it or not. | |

| I bent the rules slightly. I drank on a Sunday because I didn't have work the next day. But I only drank after 6pm and I measured my intake to a reasonable amount. Progress! | |
