SlightlyBetter commits to:
Prepare for bed every night at 10. No screen or anything resembling screens (unless something urgent comes up). Wake up at 7 AM every morning
- Put on some clothes and go for a walk outside. Then do the Wimhoof + 5 min warm up (Jog,crunch,plank,squats,meditation) then prepare warm water and while that is boiling do your stretches. Then get your tea :) You are not allowed to lay or sleep in the bed after this or go back to sleep.
