SlightlyBetter commits to:
Prepare for bed every night at 10. No screen or anything resembling screens (unless something urgent comes up). Wake up at 7 AM every morning
- Put on some clothes and go for a walk outside. Then do the Wimhoof + 5 min warm up (Jog,crunch,plank,squats,meditation) then prepare warm water and while that is boiling do your stretches. Then get your tea :)

You are not allowed to lay or sleep in the bed after this or go back to sleep.

So many things to do. Just want to dump them all out somewhere... I've been less productive because of this which is very sad. Though I'm just starting to get used to it so hopefully this will not be a consistent shit show. I'll make more stickK goals because I know I can handle more than one.
