I lost another pound! So this concludes this current phase of my original goals so I'm going to have to reevaluate. I'm so proud to have lost 5 lbs over the past 3 months. Original timeline: Starting 201lbs Oct 2021 at 12 weeks postpartum Goal of 190 by New Years 2022 (11 weeks) 180 by A's 2nd birthday (14 weeks) 171 by H's 5th birthday (21 weeks) 162 by P's 18 month (22 weeks) Doing the math I STILL think I can get to my original goal of 171 by H's birthday. It'll be under a pound per week. |

| I still lost .3lbs this week according to the trendline and this is when I'm super happy to have that method (otherwise I'd be so discouraged at having gained weight Sunday to Sunday). I didn't have anything above 191 so I know I'm losing weight but it was slow going this week. Next week... below that 190 mark on the trendline! | |

| Woo-hoo! I fit back on the widest notch of my one belt that I own (which I outgrew early on in pregnancy 2).. which is great timing because I need it to hold up my pants! | |

| Losing 1.4lbs this week even in light of travel feels really good. I'm hoping to be below that 190 mark for the trendline next Sunday. | |
